Thank you for your recent purchase. Now that you have a unique and special gift, it's time to take care of it so you will enjoy it for years to come.

All Items: Hand wash with mild soap and towel dry.  

Boards & Utensils:

Apply Crocus Creek Wood Wax after each wash to maintain the natural beauty of the wood.    Our Wood Wax is created with mineral oil and has a beeswax base that adds beauty and protection from everyday wear and tear.  Beeswax conditioners help prevent wood from drying out as well as from absorbing too much moisture.  

Bowls:  

Our wood & resin bowls are made with a Lacquer food-safe finish and do not need to be oiled.  Simply hand wash as needed.  Prolonged exposure to water can cause damage; please do not submerge in water or place it in the Dishwasher. Oven or Microwave.  Do not leave in direct sunlight.  

Common mistakes include:

 letting old fruit and vegetables rot at the bottom of a bowl 

(this may create a stain and damage the bowl or board)  

Letting your item sit in the sunlight too long  

Use of a knife on any of the surfaces except Cutting Boards & the wood area of Charcuterie Boards

Using a knife on ANY Resin surface
