Our boards are 100% safe. The absents of petroleum distillates such as non-food grade oils and toxic chemicals like BPA, formaldehyde, and phthalates which are present in standard boards, means there is no chance of harmful materials leching into your food.
How Do I Care For My Cutting Board?
A quality Cutting Board requires maintenance to retain its beauty and longevity. A simple plan is to always pay attention to the dryness of the board. It will dry naturally in different humidities. As the board dries, simply add our Bee's Wax/Food-grade mineral oil solution to the entire board. We recommend adding oil after every third wash of the board. Everyone's home has different humidity levels so, watch the dryness of the wood.

How Durable is a Teak Cutting Board?
Our Teak cutting boards are "End Grain" cutting boards. This simply means that they are made from the hardest part of the tree - the end grain. The reason we do this is because the end grain will "Heal Itself" as you are cutting on it which means it will last a lifetime. Next the End Grain is very hard and each piece that makes up the board is turned as they are placed into the board making the board extremely stable and strong. These are "Lifetime" Cutting Boards. All you must do is wash & oil it!
Is there warranty On Your Boards?
YES! We guarantee our cutting board to never split or separate under normal use. If this does happen, we will either replace the board or refund your money. This requires the board be sent back to us for inspection. Abuse will Void the warranty.
